A New Chapter in Campus Living

Franciscan University is expanding its on-campus housing options with a new residential building scheduled to open in 2027. Sts. Michael and Mary Magdalene will feature two distinct residence halls, one for men and one for women, each with its own dedicated living spaces. This addition reflects the University’s continued commitment to improving the residential experience and creating spaces where students can build friendships, grow in faith, and find a community to call home.

More information about each residence hall, including amenities, room configurations, and housing availability, will be shared as plans are finalized.
