Hall Information:

Bathrooms: Each room has one private bathroom.
Furniture Supplied: Each room as three (if a triple) or four (if a quad) sets of the following furniture: Twin XL bed frame & mattress, desk, desk chair, and wardrobe.
Appliances: A communal kitchen is on the ground floor that is equipped with an oven and stove, microwave, full size refrigerator with freezer, sink, with counter space. The kitchen is open to all residents.
Security: Students have a hard key for their room. Their student ID unlocks the two main entrance doors. This hall is connected with academic classrooms. All entrances to the residential portion of St. Junipero Serra is locked with ID access entry. The hall doors are locked 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Accessibility: St. Junipero Serra is a three-story building with an elevator service.
Laundry & Vending: There is a Laundry Room on Ground Floor with seven washing machines and seven dryers that are free to use. There are two vending machines located in the main lobby (one soda & one snack).
Recreation: Students have access to different lounges throughout the hall that have televisions, couches, and places to study.
St. Junipero Serra Hall also has a classroom section of the building for academics to use.
